Payment conditions

We offer PayPal, many credit card, instant bank transfer and Klarna. Please note that the verification of the payment method "instant bank transfer" is done by Klarna. It happens that Klarna does not approve every purchase. If you have any questions, please contact Klarna directly. You can always choose another payment method in our online shop and still complete your order.

Shipping

Delivery times:

As far as in the offer or article no other delivery time is indicated, the ordered goods will be prepared for shipment within 1-3 working days and handed over to the shipping service provider. In case of foreign deliveries within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the pickup options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.

Deliveries within the country and abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods)*. If you have passed a specified value of goods, we ship to any country free of shipping costs.

*Important note: Excluded from the shipping costs are business partners from third countries. The amount of the actual freight costs will be settled separately by the BEARPAW team after receipt of the order.
