Terms of participation – club programme

These terms govern participation in the Bearpaw club programme. They apply between Bearpaw Products GmbH and the participating club.

1. Who can take part

Archery clubs and comparable associations of archers can take part. There is no minimum size. Bearpaw decides on admission after reviewing the registration; there is no entitlement to participate.

2. The club code

Every participating club receives its own discount code. The code is intended solely for the members of that club and may only be passed on within the club – for example in a members' newsletter, in the clubhouse or in an internal members' group.

Publishing the code to an unrestricted audience is not permitted, in particular on public websites, on social networks, in voucher and discount portals or in search engine advertising. Bearpaw may deactivate a code that has been distributed publicly and issue a new one.

3. Discount for members

With the club code, members receive a 10 % discount on the range in the Bearpaw online shop. The discount applies with no minimum order value and no expiry date for as long as the club takes part in the programme. It cannot be combined with other discount campaigns; during a campaign the lower price applies. Gift cards and shipping costs are excluded from the discount.

4. Payout to the club

In January, Bearpaw determines the revenue generated through the club code during the previous calendar year. The basis is net revenue excluding VAT and after deduction of returns, cancellations and credit notes.

The club receives 10 % of this net revenue as a gift card for the Bearpaw online shop. The payout is capped at €150 per registered member per calendar year. The gift card is valid for 24 months from issue, is not transferable and cannot be paid out. Cash payment or offsetting against outstanding claims is excluded.

The number of members stated at registration is the basis for the cap. Bearpaw may request an update of this figure.

5. Misuse

Bearpaw reserves the right to deactivate the club code and to withhold the payout in whole or in part if the code has been distributed contrary to section 2, or if use of the code is clearly disproportionate to the club's number of members.

6. Term and termination

Participation is free of charge for the club and involves no purchase obligation. Either side may end participation at any time without notice. Revenue already generated in the current calendar year is settled up to the point of termination.

7. Taxes

The tax treatment of the payout on the club's side is the club's responsibility. We recommend that non-profit clubs in particular clarify participation with their tax adviser in advance.

8. Data protection

Bearpaw processes the data provided in the registration form in order to run the programme. Details are set out in our privacy policy. Bearpaw does not pass on personal data of individual members to the club – the annual statement contains aggregated totals only.

9. Changes

Bearpaw may amend these terms with effect for the future. Participating clubs will be informed of changes by email.
