It’s been about time that such a helpful product finds its way to archers everywhere. The Protector Hat is pushed onto a carbon shaft before the assembly of point, nock, or inserts. Thus, the durability of the carbon shaft after missed shots is increased significantly. Even with hits on hard objects, the Protector Hat will often prevent the destruction of the front part of the carbon shaft.

Note: Our Traditional Extreme is wrapped with real wood. Due to this real wood, the diameter is varying. We recommend Protector Hats with 8,45mm. This size will fit on all Traditional Extreme shafts. If a Protector Hat is a little bit loose then we recommend using a glue to fill up the cavity.
