Product features at a glance:
1x Bearpaw string wax for Dacron and Fast Flight strings
1x Nocking point pliers for setting and removing nock points
1x Bow square for brace height and nocking point height
6x Nocking point locators, size M
1x Standard string keeper
1x Arrow pullers for stuck arrows
1x Bearpaw leather balm for glove, armguard and quiver
Why brace height and nocking point decide your groups
Two settings determine how cleanly a recurve bow shoots: brace height – the distance between string and grip – and nocking point height. Both drift over time as the string stretches. With a bow square and nocking pliers you reset them in two minutes instead of puzzling over wandering groups.
String care is not optional
An unwaxed string frays, takes on moisture and eventually breaks – usually at the worst possible moment. Waxed every few hundred shots, a Dacron string lasts for years. It takes a minute and is the cheapest insurance in archery.
For the leather too
Cowhide gloves, armguards and quivers go hard over time if they get wet and dry unattended. The leather balm included keeps them supple. A glove that is looked after lasts years rather than months.
